Description

Join MBEX as we aim high at an exciting day of clay-breaking action at our Clay Shoot, a favorite event that brings together networking, friendly competition, and plenty of camaraderie—all in support of a great cause.

This year’s event takes place on Thursday, August 6, 2026 in Hudson, WI and serves as a scholarship fundraising event, helping support the next generation of industry professionals.

The day begins with registration and lunch from 11:00am – 12:15pm, giving you time to connect with fellow attendees before the 12:15pm safety talk. 12:30pm is when shooting begins. Whether you're an experienced shooter or trying it for the first time, this event is designed for all skill levels—just bring your enthusiasm and team spirit.

Participants will return for dinner at 4:00pm. The evening continues with a short program at 6:00pm, followed by awards and prize drawings at 6:30pm. Be sure to stick around as we recognize top shooters, hand out prizes, and wrap up a fantastic day.

Shooter packages include lunch, the clay shoot, post-shoot social, dinner, awards, and door prizes. Please note: guns and ammunition are not included.

Sponsorship opportunities are available at a variety of levels to fit your organization’s goals. Options include the Dinner Sponsor ($500), Lunch Sponsor ($500), Station Sponsor ($300), Beer Sponsor ($300) or Door Prize Sponsors ($100+)
