Sporting Clays Scholarship Fundraiser

Join MBEX as we aim high at an exciting day of clay-breaking action at our Sporting Clays Scholarship Fundraiser, where members and other industry partners come together for networking and friendly competition, all in support of a great cause.

This year’s event is set for Thursday, August 6, and held once again at the Game Unlimited Hunting Club in Hudson, Wisconsin. This clay shoot serves as a scholarship fundraising event, helping support the next generation of industry professionals through MBEX's scholarship program.


CLAY SHOOT SCHEDULE
The day kicks off with team check-in and lunch from 11:00am – 12:15pm, giving members and invited attendees time to connect with others before the mandatory safety talk at 12:15pm. The shoot begins at 12:30pm with 100 clays over 20 stations. Enjoy a cold one as the shoot wraps up around 4:00pm, followed by a steak dinner and a short program at 6:00pm. Stick around as we recognize top shooters and top teams of the day, draw raffle winners, and hand out door prizes.


COST: $200 per shooter
Shooter packages include a grilled lunch, 100 clays across 20 stations, 1 golf cart, a post-shoot social, a steak dinner, individual and team awards, and door prizes.

NOTE: Guns and ammunition are not included. Attendees must bring their own guns, and ammunition can be purchased through Game Unlimited on the day of, if needed.


Sponsorship opportunities are available at a variety of levels to fit your company’s goals. Options include:

  • Dinner Sponsor - $500
  • Station Sponsor - $300
  • Beer Sponsor - $300
  • Door Prize Sponsors - $100+
